Disclosures

Histometrics is an informational analytics product, not a brokerage or execution venue.

The current application is designed to support research, workflow continuity, and memo preparation. It does not expose custody, order routing, or brokerage links in the product surfaces reviewed for this pass.

Informational use only

Public coverage pages, screens, ticker pages, and recommendation-memo workflows are intended to organize research and decision support. They are not a substitute for review, policy checks, or suitability analysis performed by the advisor or firm using the output.

Responsibility boundaries

Histometrics can assemble scenario context, workflow state, and formatted memo output, but recommendation responsibility remains with the human operator sharing that analysis. Public share links should be treated as workflow artifacts, not as evergreen published research.

Coverage and data limitations

A tracked symbol can still be demo-backed or queued for future live ingestion. The product attempts to show those distinctions directly, but users should still confirm as-of dates, filing links, and workflow readiness before relying on an output.

External data providers and filing feeds can lag, fail, or diverge. Coverage status is a current operating signal, not a promise that every dataset is always synchronized.

Search and public visibility

Histometrics keeps evergreen public research surfaces indexable and keeps user-specific, tool-style, and share-link routes out of the main discovery surface. That reduces the chance that a saved scenario or client artifact is mistaken for the canonical public site.
